1. Im Prinzip werden Bestellungen bis 16:00 sofort verarbeitet und am gleichen Tag per Post verschickt.  Bestellungen am Wochenende sind im Prinzip am Dienstag bei dir im Briefkasten.
Wir übernehmen die Versandkosten.

Wir versenden NICHT ausserhalb der Schweiz.

In general, all orders before 16.00 are immediately processed the same day and send by Swiss Post. Orders on the weekend will normally be delivered in your Postbox on Tuesday.

Free delivery within Switzerland. We DO NOT deliver Outside Switzerland.

2. Gefällt dir deine Beanie welche du bestellst hast überhaupt nicht? Bitte schicke sie innerhalb 7 Tagen Retour, aber schreibe uns doch erst per EMAIL: edwin@heidiliebt.ch. Wir werden das Geld schnell zurück buchen wenn wir das Heidi Beanie wieder in Aarau empfangen, no worries. Wir sind aber kein Zalando, die Kosten für die Retour-Sendung per Post musst du leider selber tragen.

Don’t you like your beanie at all? Please send it back to us within 7 days, but please send us first an email at edwin@heidiliebt.ch We will refund your order as soon the order is back in Aarau, no worries.

3. Unsere Heidi Beanies sind von der Hand verarbeitet mit grösst möglicher Liebe und Sorgfallt. Ist trotzdem etwas lose gegangen? In den meisten Fällen fixt eine liebe Mama das innerhalb einer Minute…aber wir können das auch für dich tun. Schicke uns einen Email und wir lösen das! Mögliche Versandkosten sind natürlich auf unserer Kappe.

All our heidi beanies are made with utmost care and love for the product. Is something not really done well, we’re all human after all. Please don’t hesitate to contact us per email. In 99% of all cases a lovely mom or friend can fix it within a minute. We always will find a solution together with you. If you want to send it to us to fix it, no problemo. We’ll take the cost of the logistics.

EU Countries:
HEIDI LIEBT is a protected trademark by CREATIEF BEDRIJF b.v. in Groningen ( registered (Chamber of Commerce 81 154 275), and operate out of the Netherlands, under Dutch law. 

SHIPPING
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping rates are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.

RETURNS
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged. Refunds will be paid to your bank account and normally take 1 week before your account is credited. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For our warranty info, please see below.

How to return or exchange an item:
Write a short note where you tell us the reason for your return. Send us the product(s) you want to return, together with the short note to the following address:

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our simple mission is to make the best products possible. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods. HEIDI LIEBT AS warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If a product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. For detailed information please see the guidelines below and/or the product specification following the product. The Warranty Process:
Before returning any product, you must contact HEIDI LIEBT by e-mail to obtain a return authorization.
Arrange and pay shipping the product to HEIDI LIEBT. We will ship back to you free of charge!
Ensure that the returned product is clean and dry before shipping. Dirty and/or foul smelling garments will be returned unprocessed or may delay the process with an additional surcharge. Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.

Important note:

Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.
